Ordering was easy overall. I found the frames I wanted and checking out wasn’t too much of a hassle. A couple pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to go back and double-check my info twice, which was a little irritating. My bigger complaint is how some of the policies feel like they have loopholes built in, where everything sounds simple until you start reading the fine print. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it could definitely be smoother and more straightforward.

I had to reach out a couple of times about my refund, which was kind of frustrating. It did eventually come through, so I guess it got sorted in the end, but the whole thing felt slower than it should’ve been.

They did keep me updated the whole time, which I appreciated because it made everything feel easy to follow and clear. That said, there was still an issue that should’ve been acknowledged, and I’m expecting an apology for how that part was handled.

I got these blue light lenses mostly for work, and I have to admit, they’re actually comfortable. My eyes do seem a little less tired after staring at screens all day. Shipping took longer than I would’ve liked, which was annoying, but overall I’m happy enough with them

The glasses were fine at first and looked good, but one of the arms got loose sooner than I expected. I reached out to abbeglasses about the warranty, and it took a few back-and-forth emails before I finally got a clear answer. To be fair, they did sort it out in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just felt slower and more complicated than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, but definitely a bit frustrating

I ended up having to return my glasses from abbeglasses.com because they didn’t fit quite right. The return process itself was fairly straightforward, nothing too complicated, but the communication was slower than I would’ve liked. I had to wait a bit for replies, which made the whole thing feel less smooth. That said, I did receive my refund in the end, so it worked out. Overall, it was okay, just wish the process had been a little quicker and more clearly explained.

"Pretty happy, even though I’m usually loyal to my local shop"
I ordered my first pair of progressive lenses from ABBE Glasses, and I was a little unsure about it. I’ve always gone through my local optical shop and kind of felt like I was cheating on them, but the price difference was hard to ignore. The prescription turned out right, and after a day or two of adjusting, I wasn’t dealing with any weird blur or headaches. The frames are lightweight and comfortable too. Shipping took about a week, which was fine. I still like supporting my usual place, but I have to admit these turned out really well.

I tried the virtual try-on before placing my order, it was close. When the glasses showed up, the frame size and shape looked almost the same on my face as they did online, which was a nice surprise...
The color was just a little different in person, but I’m guessing that might’ve been my screen or lighting or something. It wasn’t a big enough difference to bother me, though...
I’m giving it 4 stars because it definitely helped me feel less like I was guessing. I just wish it showed the lens thickness a little better, especially if you have a stronger prescription...

"Kind of confirmed my worries about the lenses"
The frames actually looked decent, but the lenses were a letdown. I was already a little skeptical about the quality, and this kind of confirmed it for me. One side had this weird blurry spot that I couldn’t ignore, and they scratched way faster than my other glasses usually do. I really wanted to like them, but the lenses just felt cheap...

"Packaging was a total letdown"
My glasses showed up in some rough packaging. The box was all bent up, and there was barely any padding inside, so it felt super sketchy. Like, they’re glasses — you’d think they’d pack them with a bit more care. Luckily they weren’t fully broken or anything, but the whole delivery just felt cheap and kinda careless. Definitely not happy with it

"Comfy fit"
Got my glasses from abbeglasses.com and they fit really well right out of the box. They don’t slide around or pinch behind my ears. I’ve been wearing them all day and they’re just comfortable.

Liked the frames. Fit was fine too. But the lenses scratched way faster than I expected, even though I kept them in the case most of the time.
Maybe I just got a bad pair. They’re still wearable, but the little marks are annoying. Probably wouldn’t order again.

"Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again"
The glasses felt cheap when they arrived, and trying to get help from support took way longer than it should have. I get that issues happen, but the company should take more responsibility when the product doesn’t meet expectations. After this experience, I don’t see myself buying from here again.

I had to wait a little bit to get through, but once customer service helped me, they were quick and actually useful. It reminded me that a short wait isn’t such a big deal when the person on the other end really solves the problem.

I decided to give ABBE Glasses a try after realizing I really needed a backup pair of glasses but didn’t want to spend a ton. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but when they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The frames looked nice right out of the box, and once I tried them on, the prescription felt right too. The only small downside was that shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, so I found myself checking the tracking more than once. Still, it wasn’t a huge deal. For the price, I feel like I got a solid pair of glasses, and I’d probably order from them again.

"I was excited at first, but the delivery really let me down"
I was looking forward to getting my order and felt good about it at first, but then the delivery kept dragging on with barely any tracking updates. One minute I was trying to be patient, the next I was getting annoyed because I had to keep checking over and over myself. By the time it finally showed up, I was more frustrated than excited. Not sure I’d order from here again...

I ordered my glasses on abbeglasses.com, and the checkout part was smooth. The pages loaded fine, payment was simple, and I appreciated that the total was clear before I paid.
There weren’t any weird extra steps or surprise issues, so that was good. I did feel a little dismissed at one point when I had a question and couldn’t really get much help, but the actual ordering process itself was easy enough

"Prescription felt a little off"
The glasses arrived fine, and the frames looked good, but my instinct told me quickly that something wasn’t quite right with the prescription. I gave them a few days to see if my eyes would adjust, but they just felt tired and things stayed a bit blurry.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, and I still don’t really trust that the lenses are correct. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just disappointing overall.
